Den Bosch is looking for a dedicated and hard-working individual, with 5+ years experience in Project management, self-motivated, with a desire to grow within the company.
As a Project Manager at Den Bosch, responsibilities will include, but not limited to;
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget
- Site reviews with upper management and clients to assist in documenting meeting minutes, “action lists” and emphasize on attention to detail to ensure the timeline of the project runs seamlessly.
- Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
- Materials sourcing, including effectively collecting, reviewing and analysing quotes with emphasis on competitive pricing.
- Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress against established schedules
- Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors
- Develop and implement quality control programs
- Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to clients
Experience and Attributes:
- Post-secondary education.
- 5+ years in a construction project manager role
- Proficiency in office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Excellent and well versed communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to represent the Company in a professional and courteous manner.
- Effective interpersonal skills with both trades and clients.
- Well planned and organized.
- Eager to learn and grow within a company.
- Excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills.
- Skilled in problem recognition and resolution skills.
- Willing to go “the extra mile” with their work.
- Experience with basic architectural drawings and shop drawings.
