As the Digital Product Manager at Heatcraft Refrigeration Products, you will be essential to the success of our Hub, website, and app platforms. You will lead an agile software development team, driving the expansion of our award-winning digital platform to enhance customer efficiency and loyalty. We seek a technically skilled professional with a background in digital product ownership to develop next-generation self-service tools for our internal and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery and success of Heatcraft’s digital platforms, ensuring transparency and alignment with business objectives.
- Lead both onshore and offshore teams in creating user stories, planning sprints, managing backlogs, and ensuring successful product releases.
- Define and execute a product vision that strengthens partner tools and drives brand loyalty.
- Work closely with development teams to address prioritization needs, provide real-time feedback, and resolve ongoing issues.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align on strategies and deliver product updates, demos, and progress reports to stakeholders.
- Conduct voice-of-customer activities to identify and prioritize user needs and ensure these are reflected in development.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in agile product development, business analysis, or product management.
- Proven track record in successfully launching software products.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to change.
- Self-starter with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in the Refrigeration or HVAC domain.
- Familiarity with eCommerce solutions, especially Salesforce B2B Commerce.
- Experience partnering with external implementation teams.
