Key Responsibilities

- Process and manage purchase orders efficiently.
- Coordinate appointments, deliveries, and vendor services.
- Respond to phone inquiries and provide assistance to customers.
- Review, process, and enter contractor invoices in a timely manner.
- Facilitate effective communication between clients and field personnel.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project files and necessary documentation.
- Execute a variety of administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and the preparation of reports.
