The Atlanta Braves Trainee Program is designed for applicants who are interested in beginning a career in professional sports.

Premium Partnerships is the group responsible for providing outstanding service to existing and potential premium clients including our A-List Members. Working in this department requires the ability to effectively build relationships, have keen attention to detail, and be dependable for both your colleagues and your clients.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- Provide superior customer service to clients - existing premium seating ticket holders, prospects and single game customers
- Assist premium sales and service team in administrative tasks related to generating new business, renewing current club members and managing premium contractual agreements
- Facilitate sales and service through inbound calls while maintaining a minimum level of outbound calls
- Gameday duties with an executive presence which include solving ticket issues, visiting premium club members, and providing superior customer service
- Data entry of contractual agreements into Salesforce CRM
TRAINEE PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS:
- College graduate, Bachelor's or Master's, with a GPA of at least 3.0 at graduation (If you are a current college student who will be completed with coursework by January and only needing an internship, you are also eligible.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively and relate well with individuals of diverse backgrounds and within all levels of the company
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent executive presence
- Must complete a background check
ADDITIONAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in sales, service or sports-related fields preferred
- Proactive, organized and detail-oriented person who can prioritize and follow through with minimal supervision
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work long hours, overtime, weekends and occasional holidays
