Who You Are
As an Enterprise Agile Coach, you will guide the effective implementation of agile principles to enhance productivity across the organization. In this role, you will observe teams and collaborate with agile practice leads and coaches to identify and implement changes that address productivity gaps, process issues, and technical concerns. You are energized by leadership and will have the opportunity to mentor and develop agile practitioners, leaders, business contributors, and executive management. This role is focused on improving processes with integrity, care, and excellence in mind.
What You’ll Do
- Guide teams in the effective implementation of Agile principles, practices, and frameworks to optimize productivity and innovation.
- Observe teams and work with Agile Practice Leads and Coaches to identify and implement necessary changes to resolve productivity gaps, process issues, technical concerns, interpersonal conflicts, or other obstacles.
- Support the design, implementation, and training of metrics to gauge team productivity and identify areas for improvement, as well as productivity techniques such as dashboards, knowledge bases, wikis, and reports.
- Mentor and develop Agile practitioners, leaders, business contributors, and executive management to accelerate Agile learning and adoption.
- Continually enhance collaboration, continuous improvement, creativity, innovation, technical excellence, and effective problem-solving across departments.

What You’ll Need
- Master’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
- 6+ years of experience on a software or technology development team using Agile practices.
- 3+ years working concurrently with multiple Agile teams in roles such as Scrum Master, Agile Team Lead, Agile Facilitator, or Tribe Coach.
- Excellent knowledge of Agile processes and practices.
- Experience collaborating with Product Owners and other business contributors in product and service development, especially in the financial services or software development industries.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and software engineering practices.
- Exceptional mentoring, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Certified Scrum Master or Kanban professional certification.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
Additional Preferred Skills
- Prior experience as a personnel manager.
- 3+ years of experience with JIRA, Rally, or other Agile-oriented project and issue tracking software, ideally in an Administrator role.
- 3+ years assisting Agile teams in designing and enhancing project workflows to drive productivity and generate enterprise metrics.
- A-CSM, CSP-SM, or Advanced Scrum Certification.
- CSPO, A-CSPO, or equivalent experience in a Product Ownership role.
- Advanced Scrum, Scrum Professional, or Team/Enterprise Coaching Certification.
