This is a 6 month contract to hire role. Our client is NOT able to sponsor. We are not able to work Corp to Corp. This role would be onsite 2-3 days a week in the Woodlands, TX.
Lead the development and implementation of an Agile transformation strategy for a complex billing system project primarily led by IBM.
Setting up and eventually managing a full Agile team.
Provide business-side counsel acting as or supporting the Product Owner.
Collaborate effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders from IBM, Siemens, CapGemini among others.
Utilize Jira for project management tasks including tracking progress and coordinating team activities.
Business Acumen & Product Ownership: Ability to provide strategic business counsel and serve in the capacity of Product Owner when necessary.
Collaboration with Diverse Teams: Proven experience working with various groups such as IBM/Siemens/CapGemini; ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
Proficiency in Jira: Demonstrated experience using Jira for managing projects; adept at leveraging this tool for Agile methodologies.
