Connect Search has a client who is the Medical/Hospital Industry who is seeking to hire 2 Master Data Management analyst for a 2 year contract.
This is a Hybrid role local to Chicago but is Primarily remote, office presence is needed for meeting around 4 times a month onsite.
Pre-Employment Requirements:

Summary of Role:
The Supply Chain Analyst will analyze and optimize supply chain processes, ensuring data integrity and managing inventory requirements. This role supports strategic initiatives and collaborates with internal stakeholders to enhance supply chain efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and maintain ERP master data for accuracy and integrity.
- Support supply chain technology initiatives, including automation and AI projects.
- Identify areas for improvement through data analysis and recommend actionable solutions.
- Assist in reporting supply chain savings and financial KPIs.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain teams, IT, Accounts Payable, and Revenue Cycle for data-driven decision-making.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field, or 5+ years of relevant experience.
- 3+ years in Supply Chain, particularly with ERP and Procure-to-Pay functions.
- Familiarity with project management processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of digital supply chain technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in business, supply chain, or a healthcare-related field.
- Experience with Lawson ERP management in healthcare supply chain.
- Collaborative experience in a team environment.
- Familiarity with Workday in healthcare supply chain.
