Job Summary
Database Administrator and Data Analytics Professional
Qualifications:
- 4-7 Years of Data Analysis, Data Science, PowerBi Dashboard and Reports Development, and/or Database Administration
- Strong SQL Server and ability to spin up a Database would be nice to have too
- Nice to have knowledge of Performance Tuning, Data warehouse management
Minimum Education and Skills:
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Expertise and experience in preparing high level requirements, use cases, business requirement documents, functional specifications, and traceability matrix.
- Proven ability to map business process and workflows, conducting gap analysis and documenting requirements, ensuring requirements are developed and tested.
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations to stakeholders
- Strong Complex SQL Server and relational databases, having built and/or managed dashboards and reports in BI applications
- Communicates effectively at all levels to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is a bonus.
- Flexibility to adapt to change and willing to learn and develop new skill sets as applicable
