We are a supplement and body care Company seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support and Order Management Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers and managing the order processing and fulfillment process.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat promptly and professionally
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and resolving any order-related issues
- Communicate with the warehouse and shipping team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Manage and maintain customer accounts and order histories in our customer management system
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure products are in stock and available for purchase.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to stay up-to-date on product information and promotions.
- Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience.
- Other role-relevant responsibilities will apply.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, some college coursework preferred
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or order fulfillment, preferably in a supplement or e-commerce industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, apple devices, and experience with customer management systems
- Knowledge of the supplement industry and body care products preferred
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with the company
- Consumer goods customer support experience is preferred
- eCommerce experience required
