Testronic is hiring video game testers to work full-time, on-site at our video game test center in Kenner, Louisiana. Testronic provides on-the-job training for candidates who are looking for an entry-level position in the video game development industry.
This video game tester role is a full-time position compensated at an hourly rate range of $11.50 - $14.50 per hour based on a candidate's previous software testing or video game development experience.
Requirements
- Personal use and tolerance of one or more gaming platforms, including:
- PC and Mac
- Sony PlayStation
- Microsoft Xbox
- Nintendo Switch
- Apple and Android Mobile
- Meta Quest 2 or 3 VR
- Sony PlayStation VR (PSVR) 2
- Perform quality assurance testing of video games on a variety of gaming platforms
- Identify and document bugs encountered while testing
- Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail in all work
- Demonstrate adaptability with daily changes to platforms tested
