We are seeking a dynamic Organization Change Management professional who can lead a large scale transformational effort. This leader is responsible for planning, leading and performing Organization Change Management. A high level of effective collaboration and consultation with stakeholders and clients is essential to driving this transformation.

**This is a remote 6-month contract role with long term potential**

Required Skills &Experience

Bachelors degree
5+ years of Organization Change Management in IT related projects
Proven history of successful Organizational Change Management and program adoption
Experience developing OCM strategies and Communication planning
Outstanding interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills
Experience with large scale ERP, CRM projects/programs

What You Will Be Doing

Guidance, mentorship and support of our implementation team and client on new operational and technical processes
Supporting the change process with content development and organization change management activities
Communication and strategy plan
Organizational readiness assessment and plan for transition and effective go-live.
Input and interview stakeholders through various methods, surveys, interviews, focus groups
Develop Communications to ensure updates, reporting and related Organizational Change Management to stakeholders, project delivery teams and associated users
