Our healthcare provider-focused B2B2C platform allows over 30k patients a month to stay compliant with their home exercise program in between in-person physical therapy sessions. Our digital platforms are supported by over 2.4M fans across social media.
As we continue to grow and impact lives globally, we’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our paid advertising, SEO, CRO, and app store optimization efforts to drive user acquisition and business growth.

Are you a talented marketer feeling underutilized and eager to expand your skill set and responsibilities? This is your opportunity to step into a Performance Marketer role at a fast-growing startup. We’ve already achieved product-market fit, and several channels are performing well, but there’s tremendous potential to optimize and scale. You’ll take the lead in shaping a cohesive paid user acquisition strategy, with the chance to make a real impact.
As a key player, you’ll work directly with our co-founder and CMO, and collaborate closely with our creative, product, and marketing teams to build and execute a growth plan that aligns with our company vision. You’re someone who loves diving into data and testing new ideas to optimize our marketing funnels, improve efficiency across an expanding marketing budget, and guide over 100,000 website visitors per month into targeted conversion funnels.
With a strong eye for user experience, you’ll provide strategic insights on design and conversion copy for our ad creatives, landing pages, and email campaigns. Additionally, you’ll partner closely with the product team to ensure a seamless customer journey from awareness to retention.

What You'll Do:
Lead our Paid Media Campaigns:
- Develop, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, App store ads, and other relevant channels.
- Manage advertising budgets to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
- A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to drive continuous improvement.
- Track and report performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
- Work closely with our creative department to rapidly test new creative variants each week
Implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Best Practices (SEO):
- Conduct keyword research to improve organic search visibility.
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to drive traffic and improve website rankings.
- Collaborate with content and web teams to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into all site content.
Improve Conversion Rates
- Analyze website performance and user behavior using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Zoho, etc.).
- Design and execute A/B tests and multivariate tests to improve conversion rates on landing pages and other key funnel areas.
- Work with the design and development teams to implement changes that increase user engagement and conversions.
Optimize Organic App Store Growth:
- Optimize our mobile app listings (ASO) on the App Store and Google Play to increase visibility and downloads.
- Conduct keyword research and A/B testing on app titles, descriptions, and visuals.
- Monitor app store analytics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Enhance Team Coordination Collaborate with the creative director, marketing manager, product team, and social media team to align efforts across marketing channels.
- Coordinate closely with the content and development teams to ensure integrated strategies.
Maximize Performance of key growth KPIs
- Monitor, analyze, and report on paid media performance, website analytics, and ASO metrics.
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies across paid ads, SEO, CRO, and ASO.
- Provide regular updates to the leadership team on key metrics and campaign performance.
- Key growth KPIs that you will own include: Cost per conversion, CAC, ROAS, Website traffic, and traffic to conversion rate.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on paid ads, SEO, CRO, and ASO. Experience in D2C and mobile apps is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, business, or equivalent experience.
Skills:
- Ability to scale ad budgets profitably and maintain CPA targets across paid media platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, App Store Ads).
- Strong understanding of SEO, CRO, and ASO best practices, with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Apptweak.
- Experience with A/B testing and optimization tools (Optimizely, Zoho, etc.), and expertise in creating and executing data-driven testing strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to campaign optimization and performance improvement.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
