Summary:
The Script Writer position will report to the Project Manager of Media Production and will be responsible for developing high-quality content that aligns with the brand and product stories. This position will work closely with peers in video production, design and other departments to bring the brand to life. This role should be well versed in research, scripting, proofreading with the ability to manage projects and deadlines.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and develop copy for various media platforms
- Collaborate with video production, design, and other departments to ensure on-brand messaging
- Perform research and proofreading to ensure accuracy and quality of content
- Effectively manage project and deadline timelines for video scriptwriting
- Research clips and miscellaneous items for video projects.
- Conducting interviews.
- Understanding and executing copy that reflect digital best practices.
- Concepts and scripts for internal videos and communications.
- Outlines for interview-based videos.
- Assist on video shoots and live productions.
- Operate Teleprompter.
- Other business-related duties as assigned.
- Work in a fast-paced professional environment.
- Ensures initiatives are delivered on time.
- Creating storyboards for videos.
- Maintain a clear understanding of the company's brand, voice, and tone
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree from a Four (4) year College or University and two (2) years of writing experience
