Job Title: JR Site Reliability Engineer
Duration: 6 months CFH
Location: Hybrid – Omaha, NE
Required Technologies: Dynatrace, AWS, Python. Command Center ITIL,Scripting, coding
- Provide primary operational support and engineering for multiple large distributed software applications
- Responsible for monitoring applications, creation of best practices and training of others to utilize the monitoring tools for proactive monitoring and resolution
- Perform deployments to Windows and Linux as well as manage deployment pipelines
- Measure and optimize system performance, with an eye toward pushing our capabilities forward, getting ahead of customer needs, and innovating to continually improve
- Responsible for the documentation of team processes and procedures
- Respond to incidents during on-call duty
- Design, develop, ship, and champion the creation of software and systems to increase product reliability and organizational efficiency.
- Improve reliability, quality, and time-to-market of our suite of software solutions
Minimum Qualifications:
- Previous experience with Dynatrace, AWS, Python, Scripting Languages, or similar experience.
- Ideal candidate will have at least an associate degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) or related area with 5+ years of experience managing enterprise applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while demonstrating team building attitude and skills. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
