Title: Technical Program Manager
Location: Basking Ridge, NJ (Irving, Alpharetta, Ashburn are also acceptable)
Job Overview:
Looking for a Technical Program Manager to join the Digital Program Management Office (PMO). The role focuses on supporting digital initiatives, prioritizing work requests, managing portfolios, and driving cultural change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive digital initiatives end-to-end (business case support, user story creation, development, testing, and deployment).
- Support and co-own the Front Door Process to prioritize work requests based on strategic priorities and resource capacity.
- Implement and govern the use of project/portfolio management tools (JIRA, Clarity).
- Optimize reporting and develop measurable criteria for process improvements.
- Evangelize agile/product methodologies.
- Foster strong business and technical relationships.
- Leading key strategic digital initiative launches end-to-end, including release planning with Go-to-Market (GTM) teams, release slotting with IT, and readiness assessments with cross-department PMOs.
- Ensuring the fluid management of integration efforts, working in a matrix environment with high levels of ambiguity by creating and fostering strong relationships with both business and technical partners.
- Understanding our delivery pipeline from idea to value creation, identifying blockages in the pipeline and working with teams to create tests to unblock the pipeline/improve
Must-Have Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of work experience.
- 8+ years of experience in relevant roles.
- 7+ years of portfolio management and SDLC experience (Waterfall/Agile).
Desired Skills:
- Experience with digital/web design and development, eCommerce, and customer lifecycle.
- Value stream management experience.
- Experience with PMO setup, running digital programs, and IT/digital marketing.
- Proficiency with Google Suite/MS PowerPoint/Excel, project management tools (Smartsheets), and data analytics.
