Are you our next Training Coordinator?
Your attention to detail makes you perfect for making sure lease paperwork is complete, accurate, and meets eligibility requirements. You have excellent time management skills and follow through on assignments independently to meet deadlines.
Duties and Responsibilities: - Work collaboratively with HR through onboarading and Operations to coordinate our learning & development procedure that develops team members in support of the current business strategy and long-term vision of the organization.
- Ability to aid the HRD and assist with a wide variety of training methods including: in- classroom training, e-learning, workshops, and simulations.
- Establish and implement new processes to ensure consistency across all learning experiences.
- With guidance from HR/Operations/Regional Managers/VP’s; facilitate an effortless learning experience to achieve the desired outcome and measure results.
- Work closely with various departments as a resource to new hires and tenured employees who require additional direction and assistance.
- Assist the HRD in the development and implementation of uniform training curriculums, tailored to job titles and appropriate state and federal laws.
- Ensure all educational technologies are utilized to maximum effectiveness.
- Oversee the tracking and maintenance of accurate training records.
- Oversee and assist in a unified approach to orientation and training that includes PowerPoint, handouts, materials, resources, etc.
- Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual quality reviews.
- Provides detailed reporting to HR & Operations along with citing concerns and any recommendations for training improvements.
- Other duties as assigned by the Human Resources Director.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in the learning, development and training field
- Proven track record of successfully capturing training delivery, and follow through.
- Experience managing multiple platforms
- Experience with engaging and resolving various learning management or operational questions with individuals with varying personalities and computer literacy skills.
- Work to ensure departments are in compliance and that all trainings launched have been successfully completed, by the due date.
- Excellent facilitation and design thinking skills,
- Writing and presentation development skills
- Possess self-awareness and is excellent at service-based responses to individuals and teams.
- Ability to design solutions incorporating a variety of learning products and/or tools.
- Ability to work with virtual/remote groups.
- Strong problem-solving, solution and strategic thinking
- Ability to analyze results of training assessment tools.
- Ability to evaluate a learning experience and modify the delivery of a learning experience without amending any of the existing content.
- Experience working with learning management systems and learning content management systems.
