Responsibilities:

Security Strategy & Planning:

Develop and implement a security strategy aligned with business goals and regulations.
Assess the current security posture and identify areas for improvement.
Perform security analyses of systems, devices, and applications.
Create access policies and audit permissions.

Risk Management:

Conduct risk assessments and maintain updated risk profiles.
Ensure regulatory compliance by collaborating with legal teams.

Incident Response:

Develop and manage an incident response plan.
Lead investigations into security breaches and coordinate with vendors to respond effectively.

Security Awareness & Training:

Create ongoing cybersecurity training to promote awareness and foster a security-focused culture.

Technology & Integration:

Stay current on emerging security technologies and work with IT to implement necessary measures.

Vendor Management:

Conduct vendor risk assessments and manage security requirements in contracts.
Monitor and audit vendor security practices, ensuring compliance and regular communication.
Provide training and updates on security policies to vendors.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in Information Security Management or a senior leadership role.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, ISO standards (27001/27701), and regulatory requirements.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Experience leading change management in information security.
Certifications such as CISSP, CAP, CISM, or GSLC preferred.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
