Role Overview:

The Data Analyst will be responsible for maintaining the organization's data analytics and reporting needs. This includes managing data and reporting for several agency-wide programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage collection of, processing, and analysis of data sets.
Research and review data to find new opportunities for boosting sales, recruiting or enhancing our services.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that provide insights into business performance and trends
Work closely with other staff to understand data analytics needs
Provide company leadership with relevant and actionable insights.
Participate in the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and security of organizational data
Identify and recommend opportunities to improve data quality, data integration, and data analysis processes
Must be able to manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics or Applied Mathematics or equivalent experience
1 - 2 years of Data Analysis experience
Proficient in SQL and experience with Looker Studio is a plus
