What will you be doing?
- Supporting the Reward Analyst with Global HR data reporting using Excel, working with Global HR data, supporting cyclical reward processes such as bonus and annual pay review and maintaining and auditing the back-end of our in house HR system
- Co-ordinate and support HR processes, including monthly payroll changes, recruitment administration, onboarding, and employee records management
- Being the first point of contact for HR queries and signposting managers and employees to the appropriate policy/procedure
- Assisting with HR projects and the site communications plan as required
What do we need from you?
- Proficient and confident user of Excel with knowledge of creating formulas is essential for this role. Previous experience in working with pivot tables and VLOOKUP experience would be highly desirable but not essential
- Comfortable working with large volumes of data within Excel with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Previous experience in a similar role e.g. office administration or HR administration with experience using Microsoft packages (Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook) is essential
- Enthusiastic approach with an eagerness to learn is essential. Ideally, you will also have a keen interest in progressing a career within HR
- Basic understanding of employment legislation would be highly desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication skills are essential as well as good organisational and prioritisation skills
- Adaptable and comfortable working on your own initiative and enjoy supporting and working as part of a team and collaborating with others
