Awscape is an ethical landscape architectural practice primarily based in Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire and we are looking for an Office Administrator with CRM experience to support our business as it grows. Job Role
We are looking for someone who has bundles of enthusiasm for Administrative and CRM work, with a minimum of 3 years previous experience and who loves working within a close team environment. Our business currently operates remotely, with excellent communication, so you will need to be comfortable working from home, with occasional meet up days.
Your role as Office Administrator/CRM coordinator is an essential part of our team and you will be responsible for ensuring our business systems and processes run smoothly and efficiently for an organised remote business.
You will have amazing organisational skills and knowledge to manage and organise our Microsoft folders, setting up processes and procedures, creating projects/enquiry folders to enable the business to run smoothly and efficiently.
It is essential that you have experience of operating and managing a CRM system, preferably Capsule, with an ability to learn our system quickly. This is a core part of the job, managing our existing clients, requiring inputting of new and proposed clients, managing GDPR, ensuring we maintain confidentiality, monitoring our prospecting, setting up automated processes etc. to enable our team to grow the business and perform at their best. You will be great at communicating with our team on its operation.
You will also need excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Outlook, Word and Excel as your work will include managing emails, updating calendars, managing Director’s diary, editing reports, setting up spreadsheets, assisting with tenders, fee proposals and invoicing etc.

£24-26,000pa (commensurate with experience)
