Our company is expanding and we are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our small but efficient team.
Requirements: Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a diverse and fast paced environment. Office experience is essential. Strong IT skills are essential. Due to the location of business, own transport is essential. Bookkeeping experience desired. Experience in the construction/trades industry is desirable.
Duties to include but not limited to:
★ Light reception duties; occasional visitors, phone calls, emails, parcels etc
★ Bookkeeping, filing, and processing of documents using Quickbooks online system
★ Digital archiving project - ongoing, details on request
★ Customer service
★ Entry level sales - training will be provided
★ Petty cash administration
★ Purchasing and procurement of supplies when required
