We are looking for an exceptional Lettings Manager who thrives in a hands-on role within the property industry

About the Role
• Property Marketing - Promote and manage property listings across platforms including Rightmove, Unihomes, and our website; and ensure properties are presented effectively to attract prospective tenants.
• Tenant Management - Be the main point of contact for potential tenants, handling inquiries, arranging viewings, and following up on leads. Conducted property viewings and ensured all tenant applications were processed swiftly and accurately, including credit checks and guarantor verification.
• Coordination of Processes - Oversee tenant check-ins and move-outs, ensuring all paperwork is in order and the transition process is smooth. Coordinate property maintenance with contractors to ensure properties remain in top condition.
About You
We are seeking a candidate with a proactive, can-do attitude - you’re not just solving problems, you’re anticipating them!
You will have:
• Previous experience in the lettings industry, ideally in student accommodation.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills, to build relationships with tenants and contractors alike.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications.
• Experience with platforms such as Rightmove and Unihomes is a plus.

What We Offer
• £25,000 per annum
• Permanent Role (following successful completion of a 3-month probationary period)
