Assistant Property Manager
The Assistant Property Manager(“APM”) is a key member of the Greenbridge Management team who supports our goal of delighting tenants while preserving and enhancing the value of the properties we manage.
Our success as a business is directly related to the quality of the services that we provide to our tenants. We pride ourselves on maintaining high professional standards and will expect the same from the APM in this important tenant facing role.

We are constantly looking for innovative yet practical ways of improving metrics of properties with a keen focus on operational effectiveness.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
1. In collaboration with our accounting team, managing accounts payable and accounts receivable for tenants and vendors
2. Lease administration
3. Tenant relations
4. CAM reconciliations
5. Assist with Budgets
6. Assist with Investor Reporting
7. Work order management
8. Select vendor management
Required Skills and Experience
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Commercial (Office & Retail) real estate property management
- Prior experience with property management, work order, and accounting software, (MRI preferred)
- Strong accounting skills; able to create Excel spreadsheets
- Able to work independently within a team environment
- Great interpersonal skills to maintain relationships with a broad range of tenants and other stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Positive attitude and desire to take on new responsibilities
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective time management, including prioritization of time sensitive items and the ability to meet deadlines
- Capable of utilizing minimal information to develop solutions to problems
Other Duties as Assigned
The APM may also be called upon to participate in projects that go beyond the scope outlined above. The APM may work on special projects on an ad hoc basis.

The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl and use a ladder. Job may require lifting a minimum of thirty-five (35) pounds from time to time, use and access stairwells during emergencies, use keyboards for typing and computer input, and listening, speaking, and answering the office telephone system.
The APM may travel as needed depending on the requirements of the Company.
