Position Summary
A detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to support the Staff Sergeant Parker Gordon Fox Suicide Prevention Grant Program. The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining data related to program participants, activities, outcomes, and other relevant information. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, confidentiality, and proficiency in data entry software and tools.
Minimum Qualifications And Competencies
Education /Background:
- High school diploma
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles
- Veteran-person who served in the active military, naval, or air service
Other Requirements:
- Proficiency in data entry software, databases, and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
