Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations by providing clerical, administrative, and project-based assistance. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Organize and schedule meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Maintain office supplies by tracking inventory and ordering necessary items.
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and database management.
- Coordinate and facilitate internal communication between departments.
- Assist with event planning, including setting up meeting rooms and organizing company-wide events.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and other office management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
