Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 3+ years experience in customer service or client-facing role,
- Administrative Skills: Proficiency in basic administrative tasks and database management.
- Organizational Skills: Experience managing multiple tasks, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines efficiently.
- Proven experience in managing clients' calendars, ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination.
- Qualified candidates are energetic and enthusiastic, you must be able to communicate very clearly and effectively over the phone.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule sales appointments for our valued service clients which are most often accounting firms
- Communicate updates, marketing directives and opportunities for positive change directly with our service clients
