Description

To audit invoices presented for payment and input into data into the accounts payable system; and to ensure that checks and deposits are handled in a timely and accurate manner.
Verifies accuracy and proper approvals.
Inputs vendor/invoice payments into the accounts payable computer system.
Resolves accounts payable issues with vendors and colleagues.
Supports the organization's quality program(s).

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
One (1) year of accounts payable or related business experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills
PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
Strong organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
