Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist with a deep understanding of search technologies, particularly Elasticsearch. You will be responsible for designing and optimizing search algorithms, building scalable search systems, and leveraging data to enhance user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement search algorithms using Elasticsearch.
- Analyze and interpret large datasets to improve search relevance and ranking.
- Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality search solutions.
- Develop tools and dashboards to track search performance and user behavior.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with Elasticsearch and search technologies.
- Strong background in data science, machine learning, and natural language processing (NLP).
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar programming languages.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with search tuning, relevance, and A/B testing.
- Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
