We are seeking a highly skilled Middleware Administrator to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Middleware infrastructure and hands-on experience with WebLogic and ERP technologies. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of our Middleware environment.
Responsibilities:
- Middleware Installation and Configuration: Install, configure, and maintain Middleware components, including WebLogic Server, Oracle Service Bus, and Oracle SOA Suite.
- Performance Tuning: Monitor Middleware performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimization strategies to improve system efficiency.
- Patch Management and Upgrades: Apply security patches and upgrades to Middleware components following best practices and vendor guidelines.
- Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution: Diagnose and resolve Middleware-related issues, working collaboratively with development and infrastructure teams.
- Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain clear and concise documentation for Middleware processes and procedures. Share knowledge and best practices with team members.
- Automation: Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of Middleware concepts, architecture, and best practices.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with WebLogic and ERP technologies.
- Experience with Middleware installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
