Key Responsibilities
- Take initiative and demonstrate urgency in addressing client needs and overseeing loan processing duties.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective and congenial communication.
- Efficiently manage multiple tasks to guarantee timely loan processing.
- Leverage your 3+ years of mortgage processing experience to collect and review loan conditions, ensuring the loan progresses seamlessly through all stages until closure.
- Maintain precise and organized data within the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with Loan Officers, Realtors, Escrow/Title agents, and clients to facilitate an efficient loan process.
- Engage actively in team efforts to achieve both departmental and organizational objectives.
- Embody and promote core values in daily activities, contributing to a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
- Participate in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, creativity, and enjoyment at work.
- Execute additional responsibilities as assigned, interacting with various departments and infusing creativity into tasks.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Encompass software.
- Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in mortgage processing.
