We are looking for an amazing person to join our accounts department to assist with the day to day invoicing and reconciliation for our business, whilst liaising with our wonderful clients. Whilst prior experience is not essential as training on our system will be given, it would be advantageous if candidates had some experience of working in an accounts department or hold basic finance qualifications. The right person will have excellent written and spoken English (GCSE or higher), excellent grasp of Maths (GCSE or higher), advanced working knowledge of EXCEL, have a good eye for detail, be methodical and be able to show proof of working in a role where excellent organisation was required.
Day to day responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
· Sending invoices
· Resolve billing errors
· Keep a record of collected payments with customer information
· Work with other members of the management team
· Perform any necessary administrative duties, such as auditing customer records
· Prepare account statements for customers
· Follow up on outstanding payments
