What You’ll Do:
🔹 Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for employees across the U.S., Canada, Singapore, and the EU
🔹 Track travel stipends, bonuses, and reconcile benefit premiums
🔹 Review expense reimbursements and assist with 401K deductions
🔹 Ensure accuracy in vacation and sick day tracking
🔹 Collaborate with the Accounting & HR teams on compliance and financial audits
🔹 Handle confidential information and compile compensation reports
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or related field) preferred
✅ 2-3+ years of payroll or accounting experience
✅ Proficiency in Excel & accounting software
✅ Familiarity with Paylocity and Replicon is a plus
✅ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
✅ Ability to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities
