Job Description:
We are seeking a Viptela expert to manage and route 200 customers into a multi-cloud environment, providing ongoing support and optimization. The role involves working across Azure and AWS, with a Google Cloud backup, ensuring seamless integration and routing between platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage Viptela solutions for routing customers into a multi-cloud environment.
- Monitor and optimize the routing performance across Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud platforms.
- Provide 3+ days of online presence (1+ hour per session, pre-scheduled) weekly for support and consultation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any network connectivity issues within the cloud environment.
- Ensure high availability and reliability across all cloud platforms.
Requirements:
- Proven expertise with Viptela SD-WAN solutions.
- Experience in multi-cloud environments, specifically Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
- Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and manage cloud network routing.
- Availability for remote, pre-scheduled consultations (3 days per week).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
