The Data Analyst I will provide management with data analysis that can be used in decision making and improvement initiatives. This role will report directly to the Director of Business Intelligence. The ideal candidate will work with leadership and other technology team members to build and maintain data solutions and reporting frameworks to support the business operations and projects. Duties Responsibilities: Data Collection and Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Data Visualization: Create visually compelling reports, charts, and dashboards to present data-driven insights to stakeholders. Statistical Analysis: Apply statistical methods to assess the impact of data findings and validate hypotheses. Data Mining: Identify opportunities for data mining and predictive modeling to improve business processes and outcomes. Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to track the progress of various projects and initiatives. Data Quality Assurance: Implement data quality checks and ensure data integrity across various databases. Data Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data from multiple systems. Recommendations: Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making and business planning. Ad-Hoc Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc analyses to address specific business questions or challenges as they arise. Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of data analysis processes, methodologies, and findings.
