About Us:

We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant to manage our online presence, focusing on building brand awareness and engaging with key audiences. This is a primarily remote role, but candidates must be based in Los Angeles, with occasional travel to job sites and our showroom.
Position Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for overseeing the scheduling and posting of content across our social media platforms, managing content creation, and executing video campaigns. This role will focus on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Mailchimp (monthly newsletters) to connect with architects, builders, current and future clients and partnered dealers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Scheduling & Posting: Oversee the planning, scheduling, and posting of content across social platforms to maintain a consistent and engaging presence.
- Content Creation: Create high-quality visual and written content, including photos, graphics, and captions, to support marketing and brand initiatives.
- Video Campaigns: Coordinating video content, including capturing footage from job sites and the showroom, to highlight our projects and products.
- Brand Development: Contribute to building and developing the OTIIMA USA | Titoni Windows brand identity by crafting consistent messaging and imagery that resonates with our target audience.
- Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner to foster engagement and build relationships with our audience.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align social media content with overall business objectives.
- Project Database Management: Maintain a well-organized project database that tracks social media content, marketing campaigns, and project milestones, ensuring seamless execution and reporting.
- Client Relations Support: Assist the sales and marketing teams with client relations by managing email campaigns, follow-up communications, and CRM database updates.
- Marketing Reporting Presentations: Compile and create detailed presentations on social media and marketing performance, including insights, analytics, and future strategies, to report to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track digital marketing performance, using insights to refine and improve future campaigns.
- On-site Content: Visit Los Angeles job sites and the showroom to capture real-time project updates and product installations for social media.
Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of experience managing social media platforms.
• Strong experience in content creation, including photography, video production, and graphic design.
• Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp and CRM systems like Pipedrive.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of the architecture, design, or construction industry is a plus.
• Must be based in LosAngeles with the ability to travel locally when required.
