Are you ready to take charge of multi-million dollar digital budgets? We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. With deep familiarity in CPA, CPC, CVR, and LTV, you will optimize media buying across various paid marketing channels, including Paid Social and Display.
Collaborating closely with both agencies and our in-house team, you will drive aggressive growth targets in a cost-effective manner. Your expertise will be crucial in establishing channel forecasts and budget recommendations, allowing us to quickly adjust tactics and strategies based on learnings and opportunities.
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to direct and manage agencies to achieve goals and ROI targets. Monitoring key metrics across channels, including budget performance, will be a vital part of your responsibilities.
Requirements:
- A BA/BS degree and 4+ years of related paid social or display performance marketing
- Direct, hands-on experience managing media buying, optimization (Paid Social, Display), and strategic planning either at an agency or in-house
- You have deep familiarity with CPA, CPC, CVR, and LTV.
- You are highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, as well as a strong grasp of A/B testing, and metrics driven performance marketing.
- Experience with Web & App Tracking/Attribution (preferred)
- Knowledge of SQL, Python or other data processing scripts (preferred)
