Position Summary
Contractor - Remote
The work you’ll do as a contractor under a Deloitte project team includes handling all activities associated with delivering technology products.
Key Responsibilities As a Contractor
- Defines and analyzes business and user requirements for new and enhanced products.
- Collaborates with the Engagement Manager in creating and presenting the appropriate project on-boarding processes and materials (Charter, SOW).
- Responsible for all Testing and QA activities within the project lifecycle. Works with and directs offshore QA resources to develop and execute Test Plans, Test
- Scripts and all other deliverables and activities related to Quality Assurance of the Products.
- Work closely with EM to ensure delivery of sprint and PI objectives and quality of deliverables.
- Work closely within POD and other pod BAs to ensure consistency across the program and address ongoing concerns.
- Help drive program initiatives – ensure priorities and backlog is aligned.
- Responsible for grooming, refinement, and demo sessions along with POD BSAs.
- Works with the Engagement Manager and clients to plan and execute User Acceptance Testing.
- Assists Engagement Manager with status reporting as required by Deloitte Applications Studio leadership.
- Collaborating on cross POD dependencies.
- Responds proactively to both business and project issues and escalates appropriately.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Experience as a lead BSA/ Product Owner.
- ADO management experience.
- Internal and External stakeholder management experience.
- Change management, re-prioritization & test support, prod support experience.
- Knowledge of SNOW and updating user tickets.
- Scrum and SAFe ceremonies – Scrum master and Product Owner responsibilities experience.
- General understanding of microservices, cloud, integrated apps.
- Must have Data lake or Snowflake experience

The expected pay range for this contract assignment is $60 to $76 per hour. The exact pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location and will be determined by the third-party whose employees provide services to Deloitte.
