Venture-backed health tech startup is looking for an Executive Assistant/Business Operations to support their Founder. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing 25-person team projected to double in size by EOY. Provide daily support to the Founder to ensure he is focused on the highest priorities while also owning core operations including office operations, onboarding, team-wide meetings and offsites, recruiting efforts, and relationship maintenance and tracking. You will also oversee and delegate administrative tasks to virtual assistants. Someone with strong attention to detail, who is project-driven, and adaptable to changes. This is an in-office role based in SoHo NYC. 80-120K+ DOE + equity, benefits, 401k, unlimited PTO, generous parental leave, health provider memberships, and lunch & dinner every day when in-office!
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to the Founder, including managing emails, scheduling, and coordinating meetings.
- Manage and draft email communications on behalf of the Founder.
- Organize company events, from team off-sites to all-hands meetings.
- Assist with note-taking during meetings and manage follow-up actions.
- Handle office management, ensuring operational needs and vendor relations are met.
- Support the employee onboarding process, setting up new employees with necessary equipment and access.
- Manage travel arrangements for the Founder.
- Maintain CRM systems to track relationships with stakeholders.
- Support recruitment efforts for future hiring needs.
- Oversee and delegate administrative tasks to virtual assistants.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Analytical problem-solving skills. You're a creative problem solver, able to find solutions independently.
- Ability to address ambiguous challenges and work with complex data.
- Proactive and high-level initiative.
