-Support upkeeping of employee insurance records.
-Training Coordination: Assist with organizing and coordinating training sessions and seminars.
-HR Division Support: Serve as the first point of contact for the HR division, relay/forward the emails to the relevant team members, manage correspondence, and phone calls.
-Data Maintenance: Scan, copy, create and maintain both electronic and physical data.
-Document Organization: Maintain the data files such as the Company Car List, company contact list, and employee number file. Upload the documents into filing systems such as share folder.
-Invoice Management: Handle specific invoices, such as CarPremio
-Labor Law Compliance: Keep labor law posters up to date.
-Communication Handling: Answer and direct phone calls efficiently.
-Mail and Correspondence: Prepare and manage outgoing mail and correspondence, including email and faxes.
-Errand Handling: Perform various errands, such as picking up mail, mailing packages, and sending FedEx packages when necessary.
-Equipment Maintenance: Order supplies and arrange for equipment maintenance as needed.
