A key client of ours, a leading financial institution, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join their Human Resources Project/Program Management function. This role is critical in driving large-scale, transformative initiatives that shape the future of our global HR operations.
The Role
As a Project Manager in our Human Capital Management organization, you will be responsible for the centralized oversight, coordination, and delivery of high-visibility, global HR projects. You'll work on "Big Rock" initiatives, including GenAI, Job Architecture, Performance Management, and Applicant Tracking System modernization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead complex, cross-functional projects through their full lifecycle, ensuring they're delivered in-scope, on-time, and on-budget
Develop and manage detailed project plans with achievable goals, defined actions, and clear milestones
Utilize Agile methodologies and other project management principles to identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure quality results
Provide transparent, fact-based recommendations to senior stakeholders
Engage with project sponsors, stakeholders, and partners to gather input and address feedback
Oversee project budgets, schedules, work plans, resource requirements, and cost projections
Transform high-level information into actionable plans and mobilize teams effectively
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of hands-on project management experience
Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience with JIRA
Proven track record of leading large-scale, global projects
Experience in HR project management is highly desirable
Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-change environments
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools
