Temp Senior Manager to lead operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Salary/Hourly Rate
$110k – $140k
Position Overview
The Temp Senior Manager will maintain quality, collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with organizational goals, and act as the subject matter expert on credentialing processes. Key responsibilities of the Temp Senior Manager include establishing performance metrics, implementing new tools for operational efficiency, overseeing provider enrollment, and maintaining network adequacy standards. You will lead and develop the team to foster a collaborative, high-performance culture that supports the organization’s growth and compliance objectives.
Responsibilities Of The Temp Senior Manager
- Oversee all aspects of the credentialing and recredentialing processes for practitioners in alignment with State, Federal, and NCQA standards, as well as health plan directives.
- Manage credentialing operations, ensuring quality and supporting the organization’s growth and development.
- The Temp Senior Manager will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Health Plan Operations, Medical Affairs, and Compliance teams to analyze reports and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on credentialing processes and systems, providing guidance to internal stakeholders for compliance and efficiency.
- Establish and monitor performance goals, metrics, and processes for the Credentialing department while preparing various reports and summaries.
- Lead the implementation of new credentialing tools and systems to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
- Oversee provider enrollment processes, ensuring timely and accurate enrollment with Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care programs.
- Maintain knowledge of network adequacy and provider network standards, managing provider data and conducting audits for accuracy.
- The Temp Senior Manager will collaborate closely with the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team to keep provider credentialing and enrollment statuses updated.
- Provide leadership and development opportunities to the credentialing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Qualifications For The Temp Senior Manager
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a quality-focused role in healthcare, emphasizing provider credentialing and data integrity.
- The Temp Senior Manager must demonstrate experience in developing policy and procedure documentation.
- Knowledge of NCQA Accreditation requirements and experience leading accreditation surveys.
- Familiarity with medical credentialing and privileging procedures and standards.
- Project management experience and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Data-driven and analytical, with proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively convey clinical and compliance stories with data.
- Collaborative problem-solving approach, exhibiting humility, resourcefulness, empathy, and professionalism.
- The Temp Senior Manager must have a passion for and understanding of mental health and the U.S. healthcare system.

- Bachelor’s degree is required.
