My client, who is a well know beauty company, is currently looking for a temp Senior Data Collection Analyst at this time! This role is to backfill a parental leave coverage for 6 months.
This role will be M-F 9am - 5pm, 40hr/wk
Data Collection & Analysis:
- Retailer Data Management: Collect, consolidate, and analyze sales data from all retail partners on a weekly basis. Ensure timely and accurate reporting that provides insights into retailer performance, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
- Form Creation: Develop standardized forms and templates for data collection from retail partners, streamlining the process and ensuring consistent, high-quality inputs across all accounts.
- Business Insights: Provide a top-line perspective of the business by analyzing key sales metrics, market trends, and retailer-specific performance. Share these insights with cross-functional teams and leadership to guide decision-making and strategic planning.
- Special Projects: Tackle high-priority projects across various functions, focusing on driving sales growth through data-driven strategies, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
- Strategic Partnerships: Lead initiatives to achieve revenue goals, leveraging sales data and performance metrics to optimize key relationships and uncover growth opportunities with retail partners.
- Relationship Management: Foster and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders, with a focus on sales performance tracking, partner satisfaction, and collaboration to increase sell-through.
- Cross-functional Alignment: Drive collaboration and accountability across departments to align sales, marketing, and operational efforts, ensuring that all functions support sales objectives and revenue targets.
- Operational Leadership: Build processes, teams, and initiatives that enhance sales efficiency, optimize conversion rates, and identify key revenue drivers through the analysis of sales data and trends.
- Planning and Metrics: Establish sales objectives, revenue KPIs, and performance metrics. Develop forecasting models and sales dashboards to provide visibility into sales performance and pipeline management.
- Executive Communication: Prepare data-driven insights and sales performance reports for executives, identifying key areas for improvement and growth. Organize key meetings focused on reviewing sales performance, projections, and strategic initiatives.
- Presentations: Prepare compelling sales presentations for executive meetings, using detailed sales analytics, market data, and performance trends to support recommendations and strategies.
