What's the gig?
As an NLP Engineer with, you'll be at the forefront of data science projects, steering them from start to finish. You'll collaborate closely with product and customer success teams to identify challenges customers face, and you'll get to play around with the latest open-source models to find cutting-edge solutions.
Your role will involve developing and maintaining scalable microservices to deploy these models and continually seeking ways to enhance our current model setup.
Additionally, you'll develop processes to monitor model performance and share your findings with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. And, of course, mentoring and coaching your teammates on the latest technologies and trends will be a big part of your day-to-day.
Here are the three key ingredients you’ll need:
Proven Experience: You've got 5+ years under your belt in ML Engineering, with a solid 2+ years focused specifically on Natural Language Processing.
Heckin’ Python: Strong Python coding abilities
So much data: Experience with tech like HuggingFace, Tensor, AWS, Postgres, opensearch
Bonus points for:
Vector databases experience
Client facing experience
Salary is €80K - 110K + pension + bonus
