About This Position
As a Software Development Lead, you will play a pivotal role in the development, management and success of multiple products spanning a software-defined platform, digital user platform, in-vehicle display and other proof of concept projects. You will lead a team of skilled developers and collaborate with a cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery and execution of the digital strategy.
Responsibilities Include
- Lead the development of the technological vision and roadmaps based on industry trends and emerging technology.
- Help inform strategic decisions which bring business value.
- Lead the design, development and implementation of software solutions for a software defined vehicle platform and supporting digital services.
- Lead the development of in-vehicle display systems, ensuring seamless integration and refined product.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Support development and execution of proof-of-concept projects to validate new technologies and concepts
Who We Are Seeking
Required Work Experience:
- 10+ years of relevant experience in technical management and software development
- Proven experience in software development, with a focus on automotive, mobility, logistics, consumer electronics or related industries
- Seen as an expert and technical authority on architecture, system design, coding and technology mgmt.
- Seasoned technologist with deep insight into newest tech stacks and trends, able to articulate and make build vs buy decisions as well technology selection decisions
- Experience with software development for embedded systems and real-time applications
- Knowledge of vehicle communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN, Ethernet)
- Deep knowledge in cloud technologies and DevOps approach
- Has track record leading the build of scalable cloud-native products using modern technologies e.g. React, Java, Python, Docker, Kubernetes– And an enterprise solutions covering ERP/CRM/SCM (although not all)
- Has a track record in defining and delivering technological vision and roadmaps
- Experienced in creating and managing multi-million THB budget in technology budget
- Able to "lead by doing" when needed may it be in coding, architecture design or team management
- Experienced in Agile Development methodologies and has worked in agile environment
- Experienced in balancing product priorities and technology/architecture/tech debt priorities
Required Education
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or other related field or equivalent work experience

- Strong communication skills with ability to align the organization on complex technical decisions
- Experience working with B2B customers
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices for automotive and mobility software
- Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence
