Overview:
Join our Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) and embark on a three-year rotational journey that will build your expertise in finance and accounting. This program is tailored to help you develop technical skills and business acumen by working in areas such as Enterprise Finance, Medical Economics, and Pharmacy & Consumer Wellness Finance. Each year, you’ll rotate through a new role, allowing you to gain broad exposure across the business.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:

- Leadership opportunities to enhance soft skills and support key program and finance organization initiatives
- Support for relevant Finance certifications such as CMA or CPA, or a related advanced degree
Skills and Qualification:
- Have 0-1.5 years of related professional experience, preferably related finance or accounting internship or business experience
- Possess technical skills with reporting, database and visualization using tools such as Excel, VBA, Access, Alteryx, Tableau
- Have transferrable leadership experience. Examples include: active roles in student or social organization activities, sports, school projects or at work
- Show strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate the ability to solve complex problems or tasks
- Have an interest in building a long-term career in Finance
- Demonstrate commitment to our core values: Integrity, accountability, collaboration, caring and innovation
Education:
- Anticipated completion of bachelor's degree program by start date (January 2025 through August 2026) or equivalent experience. Master's students completing 3+1 or 4+1 programs (a Master's/MBA program immediately following your bachelor's degree) may be considered
- Have a major, minor, concentration, or work experience relevant to the position. Examples include: Finance, Accounting, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics or similar quantitative majors
Compensation:
The typical pay range for this role is $43,888.00 - $93,574.80
