Purpose:
As an Account Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Client Service team in delivering exceptional service to our clients while learning the ins and outs of the agency. This entry-level position offers hands-on experience in client management, strategy, and production support. You’ll assist Account Executives, Account Directors, and Project Managers with everything from administrative tasks to proofing client decks. What You'll Do (Essential Functions)
Client Support:
• Set-up all calls, meetings, and calendar invitations for their team
• Save all client assets and act as agency go-to for client assets
• Activate client billing as appropriate
• Assist in troubleshooting any tracking issues that may occur on a client website or CRM
• Assist with creative briefs or other job tickets using approved Brand Docs and project plans
• Develop competitive assessments for clients as part of the Understand Phase
• Research information and performance data as needed
• Monitor what competitors are doing in the market and identify new opportunities if applicable
Communications:
• Keep the AD and/or AD in the loop on account work/happenings in a timely manner
• Take comprehensive notes in SOW meetings, client presentations or status meetings and route to Client Service team for feedback
• Notify team members when and where client assets are saved and note file path in project management tool under applicable job(s)
• Follow up with clients on outstanding requests such as project feedback, approvals, and asset requests
• Support proofing or deliverables and confirm accuracy of metrics
Role Support:
• Help other team members as needed and take on AE-specific tasks as requested and when time allows
• Learn strategic account aspects such as: brief writing, creative messaging, positioning of competitive set, flowchart development, and campaign performance
• Assist with making any ongoing updates to the plan, project list and flowchart as approved by the client, and noting those changes
• Learn and become proficient in EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) and follow process
• Actively participate in weekly department team L10 meetings
Required Skills and Experience:
• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
• Related internship experience is a plus
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to learn and utilize various technology and platforms
• Demonstrated self-starter; shows initiative and self-management
• Creative problem solver
• Demonstrated effectiveness in building relationships with internal and external partners
Job Demands & Conditions:
• This position is a remote working situation with the ability to meet in person on a quarterly or as needed basis
• This position involves sitting at a computer for several hours at a time
• Proficiency in the use of a keyboard/mouse and video meetings
• Ability to maintain a regular schedule aligned with Central Time zone business hours, 9 am – 5 pm, to facilitate effective collaboration and communication with team members and clients
• Ability to see and hear in virtual meetings
• Ability to work extended hours as needed
