Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the principal contact and product authority for assigned customers, advocating for their mental health requirements.
- Cultivate robust relationships with essential decision-makers to foster best practices and facilitate effective change management.
- Oversee the complete customer lifecycle from onboarding to contract renewal, ensuring the realization of the full value of our offerings.
- Identify and explore new avenues for delivering additional client value.
- Compile and present business reviews to senior leadership, providing insightful, data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with various teams to communicate customer feedback and enhance their overall experience.
- Engage in regular team meetings and training sessions to deepen your product expertise.
- Assist the sales team with finalist calls and supply customer references as required.
Required Skills
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or healthcare management.
- Demonstrated ability to upsell and retain customers to drive incremental revenue.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms and experience in managing lifecycle contract renewals.
- Proficient in data visualization techniques to present insights and elevate customer satisfaction.
- A genuine passion for advancing the healthcare system, particularly in the realm of mental health.
- Willingness to travel approximately 15% of the time.
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred.

Compensation And Benefits
The target base salary for this role ranges from \(86,000 to \)106,250, along with a competitive total rewards package that includes stock options and comprehensive benefits. Compensation may vary based on individual experience, geographic location, and internal equity.
