About The Mobile Pain Treatment Program
Our primary service is Neurofunctional Pain Management, a safe and conservative approach to pain relief. This model utilizes high-pulse electroanalgesia therapy, IV hydration, and health coaching to address chronic pain without pharmaceuticals, surgery, or invasive procedures.
- Success Rate: We have an approximate success rate of 85% in reducing chronic pain by 50% or more across all our patients and pain conditions.
- Full Pain Relief: Roughly 30-40% of our patients are likely to achieve complete pain relief through our program.
- Durability of Relief: Most patients experience sustained pain relief for 3-6 months after completing the program, with many enjoying ongoing relief for 6-12 months.
Our program involves two one-hour treatment sessions per week over the course of eight weeks.
Qualifications
- Must be an RN with current state licensure.
- CPR, ACLS, and BCLS certifications are required.
- Knowledge of OSHA, FDA, and HIPAA compliance.
- Ability to lift and carry moderate-weight equipment.
Responsibilities
- Administer pain management treatments in a mobile home-based setting, following orders from various medical providers.
- Manage your own schedule and treatment times.
- Adhere to compliance guidelines (OSHA, FDA, HIPAA).
Income And Equipment
- Payment: Nurses can earn approximately $140-150 per treatment hour. Full-time nurses have the potential to exceed $200,000 annually.
- Equipment: Nurses are required to purchase their own equipment and supplies. The initial package, which includes IV supplies, the device, and training, costs $30,000. Financing options are available, often with 3-6 months of no payments to help get started until revenue is generated. After which payment is $500/month
Business Operations
- Candidate must operate as their own business entity, or establish their own entity, and contract with our company as an independent contractor using their own entity as the contracted party. We can point any candidate in the right direction to create their own entity if needed, as most states make this process extremely simple, fast, and easy.
- The client provides a medical director for statewide operations.
- Nurses are responsible for purchasing their own equipment and supplies but are well-compensated for this.
Getting Started With Your First Patient Load
Nurses are not required to handle marketing for the program, as the client takes of this to ensure consistent patient flow. However, personal marketing can significantly enhance your local patient base. We strongly encourage nurses to engage in personal marketing to rapidly build and grow their clientele.
Treatment Program
The program involves two 1-hour treatment events per week for 8 weeks. Treatments are covered by Medicare and commercial insurance.
Revenue Cycle And Payment
- Earnings: Nurses are paid per treatment event. Revenue is processed based on the standard insurance reimbursement cycle, which can take 2-8 weeks. Payments to nurses typically follow a delay, with activity from the first month often paid out by the beginning of the third month. This is the standard revenue cycle for medical offices. Once the collection process is established and running smoothly, reimbursements will begin to stabilize, and nurses can expect to see more consistent pay and income each month.
- Reimbursement: Physicians reconcile billing and collections at the start of each month for the prior month's collections.
