Responsibilities
- Triage and respond to insider alerts, identifying potential behavioral risk indicators.
- Monitor and detect malicious and non-malicious insider activity.
- Investigate employee misconduct, policy violations, data theft, and other security incidents.
- Utilize intelligence collection and reporting tools to produce analytical reports.
- Enhance Insider Threat detections through use case development.
- Identify and hunt for emerging insider threats.
Skills/Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in insider threat detection.
- 3 years of experience in cybersecurity.
- 2 years of experience with SIEM platforms and data log analysis.
- Proficiency in cloud and Cisco technologies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to share on-call responsibilities and work non-standard hours when needed.
