WorldStrides seeks an experienced business professional to join the transformation team to help cultivate a data-driven culture, starting at the business unit level by harnessing data to drive insights on key business processes and opportunities. As a key partner to Business Leaders, the incumbent plays a critical role in driving business success through rigorous analysis and building key reports and dashboards in a way that help them understand trends in their business workflows.
Responsibilities Include
- Business Intelligence: Conduct in-depth analysis to understand business issues, identify key drivers, and develop actionable recommendations. Gather and synthesize relevant data and information to support project objectives and inform strategic decision-making.
- Performance Reporting: Develop and maintain the business intelligence reporting and dashboards. These reports combine business analytics and data visualization to make profitable, data-driven decisions to drive performance. Monitor the flow of key performance indicators and critical information to create increased value for the organization.
- Data governance: Partner with Information Technology and the business teams to ensure that data is accurate, high-quality and complete.
- Executional Certainty: Furnish analysis with insight while maintaining completeness, and accuracy to ensure decisions are based on reliable and accurate data. Clearly communicate requirements and level of effort to ensure proper planning and delivery of all data work.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with teams and cross-functional stakeholders to leverage diverse perspectives, share insights, and drive collective problem-solving.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis or related role
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and generate insights with keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Advanced Excel skills required. Experience with business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI), CRM systems (Salesforce) a plus
- Strong quantitative skills, including proficiency in financial analysis and modeling
- Strong communication and presentation skills to translate complex data into practical terms that every person can understand
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with diverse stakeholders to achieve common goals
- Intellectual curiosity, creativity, and a passion for solving challenging problems
